It happens: website looks a little wonky, things seem to be broken, it doesn't work right, or you can't seem to place an order. This page will hopefully help you solve the problem, or at least give you a way to let us know about the problem.
Maybe it's our code?
First off, let's mention that we are using HTML5 and CSS3 for this website. (It just means it's modern and fancy-pants. Only web geeks get off on this.) BUT! it does mean that those of you looking at this on old, janky browsers (like Internet Explorer) may suffer. And to that we say stop using that crap and go download a real, modern browser like Firefox, Chrome or Safari.
If you only use Internet Explorer due to some religious or occupational reason, and are experiencing problems with the site that are keeping you from completing an order, you can email us the details and error messages and we will look into it (and work out a different way to get your order processed.) But know that we highly recommend you use another browser, and that we have little to no desire to pay our developer tons of money to make this thing work on Internet Explorer. IE is the equivalent to playing derby on Barbie skates. 'Nuf said.

Not on IE, and I'm still having problems!
Ok, we want to know about this and fix it. There is some important information we need to get from you that will help us recreate and hopefully fix the problem. Know that every web browser displays/breaks every website differently.
We need to know what browser and browser version you are using (and if it is a PC or Mac) when the problem happens. If you don't know, you can visit this website and it will detect all of the info we need. You can then export a PDF (bottom right blue button) and email it to us along with the problem you are having. If you can take a screenshot of the problem and send us that too, great! Any errors that came up or other details will all help us figure it out.
