Shipping

For orders in the Continental US, please allow up to 5 business days for packing, shipping, and processing before your order is en route, assuming all items are in stock at the time of order. 
For orders outside of the Continental US, please allow up to 10 business days for packing, shipping, and processing before your order is en route, assuming all items are in stock at the time of order.

Partial Shipments

If some items in your order are available immediately and others aren’t, we may send you partial shipments with the rest of the order fulfilled upon its arrival to our warehouse. To be sure of product availability and wait time, or to find out order expedition options, please feel free to call or email us. We will always do our best to get you your order as quickly and inexpensively as possible.

Stock vs Non Stock Items

All items listed on the Cruz Skate Shop site are either stocked in house, drop shipped (sent directly through a distributor), or special ordered for you at the time that your order is placed. Stock items can typically be sent out within the normal parameters of our shipping statement. Drop shipped items may take 3-5 days longer. Non stock items we don’t typically have in house and can take up to 2 weeks to leave our warehouse.

Returns

All orders placed online are returnable under the following conditions:

If Cruz Skate Shop mis-shipped the order: We will issue a return tag for the items and re-send out the correct order.

If the size or color the customer chose was not accurate: The customer covers shipping on the item back to Cruz Skate Shop and also, the shipping for correct item back to customer.

If un used and resell able items are simply not desired by the customer: The items may be returned by the customer for a full credit either issued by Paypal or in the form of an online coupon for future ordering upon safe arrival of items back to Cruz Skate Shop.

Since we do not keep customer's credit card info on file, we cannot credit it back. In the event that a credit is to be issued, it will be delivered in the form of a coupon to use for future Cruz Skate Shop purchases or through Paypal, whichever is desired by the customer.

The sizing charts are there to help the customer choose the proper size but accuracy is not guaranteed as foot and body shapes vary.

All sales on custom skate orders are final.
