Berkeley store questions
To check if an item is in our Berkeley store, or if a boot-plate mount is ready for pickup, call us at (510) 705-1146 during store hours:
Mon (closed), Tue - Sat: 12 - 7pm, or Sun: 12 - 4pm (Pacific). Want to mail us something? Send it to Cruz Skate Shop, 2505 San Pablo Ave, Berkeley, CA 94702.
To check on the status of an order, please email email@example.com. Be sure to state if the order was made in-store or online, and the order number. The order number can be found in the upper right of the order confirmation email sent to you. If you don't have it, that's cool, we'll work it out.
Sponsorship requests and information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Affiliate marketing / advertising
Questions and information requests about our upcoming Cruz Affiliate Program can be answered by emailing email@example.com. Same goes for if you are looking to advertise on our home page or blogs.
If you are having problems with the website, please visit our Website Help page to see if we have the answer to your problem. A point of contact will be on that page, should you not find a solution.
General questions (none of the above)

Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
We love sharing the radness on our Facebook page, Twitter, and Instagram, to hear back from you. But, if you have a question, problem or concern, please do NOT use Facebook/Twitter as a means of contacting us. We use Facebook a lot, but don't check it every minute. We do, however, check our emails much more often.
Maybe you don't like emailing us? That's cool. We got this fancy-pants form you can use. Give us about 24 hours to get back to you. It's usually sooner, but you know, we get busy too.
