Triton Plates come standard on a few of the intermediate-level complete skate packages like the She-Devil and Minx, for instance.

They're decent plates for getting started in roller derby but as you get more sure on your feet, you may find yourself wanting something with a little better performance, and a little less weight.
If this describes you--you're stoked on your boots, don't want to spend a ton of money, but want a little more than what your current set-up is giving you--then consider an upgrade to the Powerdyne Revenge Plate.

It's an easy at-home upgrade: The size of your current plates is printed on the plate between the kingpin and the pivot pin at the rear of your plate. Just order that same size Revenge Plate. The hole patterns are exactly the same for these plates, so you don't have to worry about drilling new ones into your boot.
Just switch out the plates and you're ready to skate like you've just attached fairy wings to your feet.
